If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with the package. We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any packages/products that You purchased with Us.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase packages from Us.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive your request. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced packages may be refunded. Unfortunately, packages on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Refund Request
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt or Booking Confirmation of the Package you opted for at the time of booking.
- Cost and Passengers
- The cost provided to the customer is based on the number of travelers specified in the final quote. Any changes or reduction in the number of passengers will lead to a cost revision.
- Hotel Accommodation
- If we are unable to confirm the quoted hotel, we will attempt to confirm an alternate hotel in the same category.
- Vehicle AC in Hill Stations
- The air conditioning (AC) in vehicles will not function in hill stations.
- Extra Mattress
- An extra mattress will be provided as an extra bed in most hotels to maximize the available space inside the rooms.
- Validity of Quoted Rates
- Quoted rates are valid only for the mentioned dates/months.
- No Refund for Unused Services
- No refunds will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours, or any other services due to bad weather, ill health, regional strikes, roadblocks, or any other factors beyond our control. Unused services are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
- Road Closures
- Roads from Tangmarg to Gulmarg may close due to heavy snow, allowing only chain tire vehicles by the authorities. Clients need to pay directly for this service.
- Local Sightseeing Restrictions
- Outside cabs are not allowed for sightseeing in Gulmarg, Pahalgam, and Sonamarg due to union issues. Guests must book and pay directly to taxi unions for local sightseeing in these areas.
- Transportation Charges
- Pahalgam sightseeing (Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, Chandanwari): Rs. 2000 per cab.
- Sonmarg local sightseeing (Thajiwas Glaciers): Rs. 2500 per cab.
- Pony rides in Pahalgam to Baisaran Valley: Rs. 600 per person.
- Pony rides in Sonmarg to Thajiwas Glaciers: Rs. 650 per person.
- Hotel Check-In/Check-Out
- Standard check-in time: 15:00 hrs. Standard check-out time: 11:00 hrs.
- Early check-in is subject to availability. Confirmed early check-in will incur additional charges.
- Pricing and Taxes
- The price is inclusive and based on current taxes and levies in force. Any variance in the price will be discussed, and supporting documentation will be provided.
- Agency Liability
- All arrangements made by us are in the capacity of an agent only. The agency will not be liable for claims or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control such as accidents, injuries, delayed or canceled flights, and acts of God. All passengers must have suitable travel/health insurance prior to departure.
